OVERVIEW
Trolydia Testing and Inspections, LLC is a multi-disciplined, full service Special Inspections and construction materials testing firm. We offer a full range of material testing and special inspections to suit the requirements of local government agencies.
Our Engineers, field and Laboratory technicians are well trained, experienced professionals and hold credentials required by codes and nationally recognized standards. We ensure that our technicians receive the training required to keep pace with the latest technology in construction.
Trolydia’s Special inspection agency received accreditation form the International Accreditation Service (IAS) which qualified the company to register as a Class 1 special inspection agency with the NYCDOB in the special inspection items for which it is accredited. Trolydia became one of the few special inspection agencies in New York City to have an in-house construction materials testing laboratory that is accredited by the AASHTO Accreditation program (AAP) and Licensed by NYCDOB.

PERSONNEL
EDWARD TOROSSIAN, P.E., MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Torossian is a licensed professional Engineer with 15 years of inspection and construction material testing experience. Mr. Torossian performed and supervised extensive field and laboratory testing and inspection of construction materials for a wide range of commercial, industrial, municipal and residential projects. Prior to joining Trolydia, Mr. Torossian established and implemented the quality management system of two of New York’s largest inspection and testing agencies, acting in the capacity of Special Inspection Agency Director. Mr. Torossian holds a bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering and is certified by the International Code Council (ICC), American Concrete Institute (ACI), National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA) & National Institute of Certification in Engineering Technology (NICET). Mr. Torossian is a voting member of ASTM Committees C09 on Concrete & C12 on Masonry.

JAIME MOYA, P.E., DIRECTOR OF MEP
Mr. Moya is a licensed professional engineer in NY. He has 20 years of experience in Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC design. Mr. Moya holds a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUNY Stony Brook.
